Figured my post would be better off in Video Poker thread by Does anyone know where I can find an EV spread sheet for VP BP, DDB etc. Not looking for evaluator, just looking for a spreadsheet with the estimated values for each hand held, Thanks

It depends on what you mean by "each hand held." You need to know the EV of each hand dealt, as multiple hands can result in the same cards being held, but their EVs can be different because of the cards that you discarded.
There are 134,459 "distinct" hands in VP. I don't think anybody has a spreadsheet with the EV for each one - especially as each different pay table for each game would have different results.
