NFC

I project scores of:
Phil: 23.68
SF: 21.85
Winner: Phil by 1.82
Total: 45.53

Actual line: Phil -2, total 45.5

So, I see no advantage ATS or total in this game.

AFC

I project scores of:
KC: 26.15
Cin: 22.42
Winner: KC by 3.74
Total: 48.57

Actual line: KC -1, Total 47

So, I like KC ATS. I hate to bet on a favorite, but I could make a small bet on KC without embarrassment.

If a gun where pointed at my head, I'd take the over, but it's not enough of a margin to beat the juice.

Bottom line is my advice is bet KC -1, but only a little.

Here are my projected possible Super Bowl lines:

Phil vs KC: EV, total = 49.5
Phil vs Cin: Phil -1, total = 47
SF vs KC: SF -1, total = 47
SF vs Cin: SF -2, total = 44.5

No matter what happens on the playoffs, I predict a close Super Bowl. Somebody don't let me bet against a 3-point margin of victory, which I usually do, and lose on.

The question for the poll is who do you think will win the Super Bowl AND who was the first captain of the Enterprise?

Kansas City.

I couldn't find any information of the first captain, but the founder of Enterprise Rent a Car was Jack Taylor in 1957.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

I'm referring to the Enterprise on Star Trek. A strong argument could be made for either Johnathan Archer or Robert April.

The KC line, IMO, is impacted by Mahomes high ankle sprain. My guess is it moves a few points in either direction by game time depending on the news. If Mahomes seems unhobbled I think it closes around -2.5.
The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong; but that is the way to bet.

Canonically NC-1701 is the first Enterprise in the Star Trek universe and was launched and commanded by Admiral Robert April in 2245. It was then commanded by Christopher Pike who transferred command to James T. Kirk when he was injured.

The first Captain of the USS Enterprise was Benedict Arnold, way back in 1775 when he commanded it on Lake Champlain. It didn't last very long as Arnold burnt it to prevent it being captured.
