BETMGM multi-state account consolidation

Well the BETmgm help screen just changed... seems as if they are preparing for something called "Multi-State account consolidation"

what does this mean? IMO it means MI, PA, NJ are all finally being combined... it could also mean the wire act has been interpreted as being able to place the wagers over a wire throughout the states or something
