I would stay away, probably a scam

If I were you I would stay out with that casino. My friend told me that they are unable to get their money from them. Even live support is a big no help for him.

So much effort into making sure the (dot)com was added. I'm suspicious at best.

Beats me. Never heard of it. I have heard of an expression though: "If you have any doubt; then there is no doubt".
Since you had enough doubt to post the inquiry, the answer is simple: Don't give them any of your money. And don't have any regrets about it.
