The page Looks good. It also looks like a SuperFun-21 clone, with its own mix of SF-21 like features.
Is there any contact info for Cindy Liu, Googling her I keep getting Miss Teen Canada.....

I think Canal might predate SF21. I've been getting requests to analyze it for years. I'd be interested to know who invented it and when, but I think it is so old it is common domain and difficult to research.

Cindy used to have the outstanding website gamblingtools.net, but didn't bother to renew the registration, or something like that. I don't think she makes her contact information known to the general public. If you need to reach her send me a PM.
