I read all over AC isn't a good spot to count, could someone fill me in to why it isn't?

The rules aren't as good as PA

Mostly 8 deck games and poor shuffle points make it pretty undesirable. The only plus is they can't kick you out but they can take counter measures like half shoeing or flat betting.
