What is probability to get total 20 for sidebet any2 card?
Lets asuming we are playing basic startegy( wont hit 13 vs 6)
I cannot find odds for player(I read somewhere that dealer has 18% odds to make 20 H17)
Second question. How much we can add to the odds by doing slight mistakes 14 vs 2 hit and so on 17 vs a hit apr

Only good thing is that sidebet is independent
BJ min 5$ sidebet max 1 to 100$
So ideally u can play 5$ BJ to sacrifice some EV for max bonus bet
I just want to know real odds for total 20 and could i squeese it to 25% even 30%?

Did not understand what you mean.
The bet is for the initial first 2 cards of the player OR
To get 20 with any 2 cards of the player ie, 5 10 10. (ie a Bust Hand)
In other words if you Hand (including Bust Hands) includes in 2 of the cards
10, 10 OR
A, 9

The only 20 based side bet I have seen is Lucky Ladies ( http://www.ukcasinotablegames.info/blackjackluckyladies.html ), where various 20s get paid. As it's based on your first two cards I guess it's countable but it doesn't affect your Blackjack hand decisions. I think the bet was in the Hippodrome, but due to it's bad HE ignored it.
