I play a don't pass bet and a pass line bet at the same time. The pass line is 3X larger than the don't pass bet. When a point is established, I max lay odds on the don't pass bet only.

What is the house edge on this bet and what is it for 2X, 3X, 5X, 10X?

(Bearing in mind that I am favored to win overall on the come out roll.) Does having an overall mathematical advantage on the come out roll for this don't strategy overcome the house edge?

The house edge is 7/495 on pass, 3/220 on don’t pass, and zero on odds bets

You’ll get the lowest overall house edge by betting don’t pass and taking max odds
It’s all about making that GTA

Thanks for the reply. You didn't really answer my question though. lets use a $10 don't pass/ $30 pass ratio. I effectively have a $20 pass line come out winner on a don't play that wins on the 7. How does this mathematically effect the overall outcome?

Remember, I have the advantage on the come out roll and I don't lose that advantage after the come out roll either.
