Using the wizard's calculator, which is limited to 3 splits (4 hands), I get optimal results of a 1.622% HA and realistic results of 1.645%. With the extra splitting you'll be ever-so-slightly better off than these numbers suggest, but it's still a terrible game. If BJ paid 3:2, the HAs would be .262% and .285%.
