single deck BJ

Saw a BJ table being played as follows in a small casino. (Bet - Minimum 10 Maximum 300)
Single Deck Black Jack with only 5 boxes.
Cards are dealt from a shoe.
All cards are dealt face up including the dealer’s card.
Shuffle and riffle shuffle are done before new hand is played.
No Surrender
BJ pays 3:2 – Double any 2 cards, split 2 times except aces. (side bets offered)
Dealer hits on soft 17
Is it worth it for me to play since BJ pays 3:2

You can't count this game but the house edge is almost non existent. I get 0.00956% using the Wizard's calculator. That's assuming doubling after splitting is allowed and that are no other detrimental rules that you may have left out. Are you going to flat bet?
