Subjective. Does it happen? I don't know. All I know is that if you are shooting and a fill takes place, it was probably scheduled before you started shooting. If a new dealer taps in, he was probably already on the rotation sheet. And if you are shooting and notice all this stuff going on,,, you are paying too much attention to extraneous matters. |
