The newest 3 Card tables have hands that come out flush with the felt; it is impossible to peek.

We find these to be better than the other ones. All dealer dependant.

I would avoid all Aces up and Pairs Plus with the crappy pay tables (1-3-6 for 3 card, 1-3-4-5-7 for 4 card) and look for 1-4-6 3CP and 1-3-4-5-8 4 card.

The 1-3-6 pay table seems to be the only one left, unfortunately. I still have had great sessions with it hitting trips/SF's, but only in a "hit and run" fashion.

Expect high variance on both games, more so on 4 Card. So, if you are going to play, bring a healthy bankroll, or have a strategy for a loss limit.

Amen. It's either feast or famine...
Gambling doesn't build character, it reveals..no character. But a lot of characters.

Here in Detroit we have the 1-4-6-25-40 and 1-4-5 and 1-3-4 A.B. on 3CP. Not sure about 4CP.
