As I recall, creating the initial podcast was detailed, but adding each additional podcast was easy. Unless things changed, it's just a matter of adding the full description to the MP3 (you're already doing that), uploading it to a specific website (I don't recall if that is your own website or Apple's site). I think if it's Apple's site, then you're done. If it's your own site, you probably merely have to go to the podcast account and enter the url of the new issue. Bottom line, it takes a minute or so each week. You should probably ask Richard Munchkin for the details. I'd bet he was doing it - his name was in the Author field of the podcasts. Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown.
