[Edit: on the way back, maybe hit Ak-Chin, Laughlin, LV, St. Louis, KC, and HSi for another six-fecta? would at least pay for the gas ... anyone want to read another blog? :)]

I'm trying to figure out a Midwest tour that would be doable. I think if you started at Horseshoe Southern Indiana, Harrah's Metropolis, Harrah's St Louis, Harrah's NKC, Horseshoe/Harrah's Council Bluffs, and Harrah's Joliet Starting in Louisvile, you could accomplish that in about 3 days, if you don't mind driving and don't do much gambling. If only Harrah's at Prairie Band were still open, that would be very easy to do.

I'm going to Vegas on Saturday, and I am going to visit Omaha in two weeks and if the Missouri river recedes, I'll go down to Kansas City on that trip to visit some friends. I frequent Horseshoe Southern a lot, so I only have two destinations left. Harrah's Chester might be a change of pace as I have never been that far out to PA, and I love Chicago. If nothing else, I will for sure get 3, most likely 4, but I may just try for the 6, especially since I have until October.

Happy travels teddys.

May as well grab the Hammond Horseshoe as well on the way back to L-ville (or home).

I was in Omaha last weekend (June 25th and 26th). The Council Bluffs casinos were open and in good shape. It sucks getting around without using 680 or 29, but those 3 casinos were open. WinneVegas was closed and submerged; same with Casino Omaha. The Argosy in Sioux City was also open, but ridiculous. The ramp to the boat was at a 20 degree incline, and they'd fashioned a runner and stairs to drop into the ramp. I'll write a report and try to find a way to post a couple pics from that trip.

If you have a car in Vegas, Laughlin is an easy trip, about 1 1/2 hours and a nice drive. Sign up for the players cards at Pioneer and Trop Express, they give you freeplay.
