Visiting every Harrah's casino in North America in 1 year

| rdw4potus Member since: Mar 11, 2010 Threads: 57 Posts: 1975 | OK, so maybe I really am nuts... I just realized that I have a very good chance of visiting every Casear's property in North America within the 365 day period from October 1, 2010 to October 1, 2011. I visited the Vegas properties last October, the Chicagoland properties in November, Southern Indiana in March (and again tomorrow), Chester and AC in March, StL and Metropolis in April, and KC last weekend. I'm going to LA and MS in July, and Reno/Tahoe in September. I'm going to drive to Phoenix and San Diego the week of WovCon. I just booked a trip to Detroit (Windsor) in June, and I'm going to Omaha in August. I think that only leaves the Cherokee casino in NC, and I'm 90% that I'm going to Atlanta in September for work. I'm half-tempted to re-visit the LV casinos the week of WovCon and swing into the Chicagoland casinos so that I can hit them all in CY 2011. But how much does it cost to knock on wood? |

You should start blogging it and then let Caesars' corporate PR department or hosts know. You may get sponsored with free rooms, upgrades or more, like those two guys who did the "every baseball stadium in one year" trip with MasterCard as their sponsor. Corporations like Caesars are always looking for creative marketing, and if you're willing to say nice things for them you might get significant concessions. But I agree with you, i can imagine them wanting a picture of Mr. rdw in front of every property with a smile.... |

The regional properties may also like the story for locals purposes. Imagine doing it as an actual tour, where the property got excited when you showed up and a local reporter did a story on it. I don't go exclusively to Caesars properties or anything, it's just that every single Caesars property will be included in the 150 or so casinos that I go to this year. To the extent that MGM has a smaller North American presence, I suppose I'll also have gone to every single MGM property this year. Also, I think, every Boyd Gaming casino. You really travel to that many casinos in a year? I should hire you as a saleperson. If you want to pitch games while you're traveling, let me know. As an added benefit, you could also write off your expenses as business-related (if you're not already, which I hope you are). It is a very scenic, easy 2.5 hour drive from Atlanta. Just obey the speed limits!! The roads are very well patrolled. They leave you alone as long as you are no more than 5 MPH over. |

Hell ME, you could hire me as well, I have been to 5 different casinos since saturday. Ameristar St. Charles, Harrahs St Louis, Harrahs Metropolis, Hard Rock, and Pompano Park. Since last summer, I've been to about 170 casinos (LV, AC, CT, eastern PA, DE, Chicagoland, MN, WI, StL, KC) . Before this October, I'm going to Colorado, Vegas (including Laughlin, AZ, and SoCal), Reno/Tahoe (including I-80 corridor in NV), Detroit, Omaha (incl. NE/SD border casinos), MS/LA, Southern Indiana, Western PA, and Chicagoland/southern WI. I'm not sure yet, but I may also go to Deadwood, SD over Memorial Day weekend and/or the Quad Cities over Labor Day weekend. I'll PM you about the work opportunity.
