I'll do one maybe two buffets on a trip... sit down dining seems to be better value for me now, as I enjoy the dining experience, even at a cheap, good cafe. M resort or Spice market are my choice, though I thought that the Silverton was good too. I agree, but waiting on line in Vegas is not why I'm there. Can you pay to go to the front at Bellagio or Wynn? I never asked.
