I had the pleasure of staying at the Fiesta Henderson as a result of a cancelled flight. During my stay, I had dinner at the Festival Buffet. With the Amigo card, the price was $9.99 on a Thursday night. I remember there being about 5-6 different warm food options, seafood, with crayfish being the crustacean of the night, Asian, Southern (corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, collard greens), American (Mac and cheese), and Italian (pasta bar, pizza). There were two salad bars, one with the typical spinach and tossed greens, and another with pasta salad, carrot salad, etc. Both were clean with pretty typical offerings. Probably the best offering in the buffet is their dessert island. There are many baked goods; cookies, pies, cakes, and a decent selection of "no sugar added" sweets. While it is missing the crab legs, sushi, and all of the decadence of a Wynn or Rio buffet, all in all, I think I would be very happy coming here to eat and saving $30 for the tables.

I noticed there was also a Denny's and a Starbucks.
