I really like the nice compact guides. I was reading the sports betting guide and I noticed right under the "Total Bets" heading there is a line of text about 3 card poker. Probably a cut an paste oops.
I also have a question. The board pictured has no total or money line for a couple of the games, so I assume the casino was not offering those bets. Is that related to the size of point spread or is there some other reason they are not there?

Answered my own question (partially) from docsports.com "In football and basketball sometimes money lines are not available on a wide-spread basis. When the point spread climbs above 25 points in football or around 20 points in basketball, sportsbooks often do not place a money line on either the favorite or the underdog. The same goes if the line is small enough, ½ a point to 1 ½ points, where taking a money line would not make sense"

Good catch; I fixed that. I'll let the Wizard answer your other question.

I would also add that they often don't put up every bet on a game at the same time. Usually they will put up the point spread first, then the total, and finally the money lines. The picture was taken before the guys at Leroy's decided on all their opening numbers. As was noted, they often don't do money lines at all on significantly lopsided games, especially in college football.
