What is the best way to turn a $15.00 free play into $15.00 cash?

You could guarantee yourself a $14 return by putting $7 on Red, $7 on Black, and $.50 each on 00 and 0. You have a 36/38 chance of losing a dollar and a 2/38 chance of winning $3. Not bad. If the coupon lets you.

I like Video Poker too. It has less variance than the slots.

$5 slots.

I was able to use my $500 free play from the Strat and turn it into about $550 in "real" money.

The higher the slot denomination, the better the odds (usually).

Me, I like Double Diamond.

Ask the nice old lady on the machine next to you if she'll give you $15 cash for your $15 in free play. Maybe she'll be kind enough to take you up on the offer.

I know that's a joke, but a lot of freeplay is connected to your card... meaning you have to put your card in the machine to redeem. If that's the case, the old lady would be duped...

My favorite Free Play story took place at Horseshoe Southern Indiana. I went on the boat to get a free buffet coupon (I forgot mine back in Ohio). The line was kind of long, so I decided to use my Free Play first. Unfortunately, Green Stamps machines were both full, so I decided to try a $1 Triple Cash Machine. I put the $20 coupon in, and there you HAVE to play slots and you HAVE to put the money through before cashing out. I was going to hit the button 10 times and walk off with what I hit. I played 3 spins and hit a bar-bar-bar once. Then all of a sudden, Triple Cash, Red Seven Red Seven for $1200 !!!

Needless to say, I had a lot of fun the rest of the trip... I happened to be lucky on it anyways but that first hit didn't hurt at all.

What denomination slot should I play?

I was thinking maybe the a $1.00 slot 15x. What about a $5.00 3x? Isn't a larger amount better?

Would looking at the PARS of the machines help?

Yes it would help! PARS are usually closely held information. Many people would love to see PARS for the machines they are playing. I think you are surfing too much.
