The big boss asked me to review some new live dealer software. In addition to the standard games they had one I've never heard of before. The casino called it sede. After some searching I found it is a Vietnamese game called Xoc Dia, which translates to Shake the Plate. That sounds better to me, so I'm going to to title the game that.
You can see the rules and analysis on my new page for Shake the Plate. As always, I welcome comments, corrections, and especially corrections.
The question for the poll is would you play Shake the Plate, given the chance? (multiple votes allowed)
Here is a video of the game. How it got 325,000 views, I have no clue.

I am curious who would bet "odd" reds then, because they appear to pay the same:
Even Reds 0.96
Odd Reds 0.96
Edit: Nevermind... There are six ways to make 2. My bad.

I believe that no matter how many such chips you flip, there is a 50/50 chance of an even/odd total of reds.

This game appears pretty easy to gaff. the chips could easily be unevenly weighted or smeared with coconut juice to make one side come up more often than the other...

How is "Xoc Dia" pronounced? is the "X" a "Ch" like "Chocolate"?

Trivial proof by induction.
