i racked up like 3000 points. so how much is that worth if i cash it in?
and how much is it worth if i use it for their buffet?

That's worth $3.00 in cashback, freeplay or food comps. How did you do overall?

Riveria has it, $2 and 5x odds. No points. Don't know about the other places. Why don't you check them out and report back?

thx for the info on the Riv!
going to check them out. dont care about points. i prefer the 5x odds vs the 3x odds at the bellagio.

the $250 cap for total $ in play at sunset station sucked. someone was on a streak but i couldnt press it further than $7 w/$35 odds because of the cap.
$42 * 6 = $252 so i couldnt max out my odds by $9. ($7 for come bet)

oh.. and won $600 :)

Yes I agree the $250 cap sucks. I never reach it since I never bet more than $min+max odds. (I can't bring myself to press the flat bet).

However, at the Palms a friend (who plays bigger than I) hit the cap, and he was not happy. By the way, I think the Palms is $2/5x and they DO give out some points.

Check out the 1000x odds live table at the Riv for bigger action if you do go there.

edit: there may be points at bellegio. didnt realize bellagio and MGM share the same players card.
after i played bubble craps at bellago, i played some bj at mgm and use my points for dinner

monte carlo:
5x odds, $250 max on table

i'm surprised Aria doesnt have a bubble craps machine. yet they have not 1, not 2, but 3 electronic roulette bays!

flying out in 4hrs.
final update till i return:

binions:
2x odds, $500max

didnt see bubble craps at any other casino under the fremont canopy.

hopefully when i return there will be a 5x odds, $500 max WITH player points machine.

also hopefully casinos in wv, pa, md, de, and atlantic city will have them.

I think Bubble Craps is almost more fun then a $1min 100odds with PUTs craps table. (almost...)

Edit:
I think the Bellagio has the best Bubble craps.
$500 max on table.
And even tho it's 3x odds, it allows points which will offset the slightly higher house edge over 5x odds. altho i dont know how long you have to play till you get anything at the Bellagio.

coming in 2nd is Binions.
$500 max on table, and only 2x odds. but they have a MUCH lower threshold for giving out comps compared to the Bellagio.

I missed exactly what is so much fun with Bubble Craps as opposed to table Craps?

I agree "real" craps is more fun that bubble craps, not to mention more generous odds. But, I can think of a few advantages in favor of bubble craps (at least for me):

1) No dealers whining for tips. I'll estimate about 20% of the time I will leave a table for this reason (blackjack only 1%). Sometimes one of them will start whining within minutes of playing.

2) No wrong payoffs- I notice this often and suspect it's not a honest mistake. No other game comes close. Sometime I think you have to tip from the start in order to get a square game?

No tips, easier to make bets, simple to turn on/off your bets as you wish. Fractional payments on breakage bets.

Downsides: Annoying Japanese cartoon character who makes weird sayings like "MYSTERY OF FIFTY SERIES!!!" every 30 seconds.

Haha I still haven't figured out what that means... but I rather enjoy the voice. I find it comical when a shooter is waiting to push the button and is being prompted by the character who is saying "COME ON, PUSH THE BUTTON!!" I rather enjoy it and for a fair shot at winning with minimal bankroll, you can't beat it. Gained a whole bunch of comp points at Binions during my last trip and lost very little money.
