Report on the work done.
I was ridiculed at the forum because of the offer to hire a mathematician in Russia.
My team did not spend money on mathematics, all the information was obtained for free at mathematical forums in Russia.
Result: 2% net profit from each wheel.
This algorithm is kept secret

evs reminds me of a couple of people I have run across on Usenet.
The first claimed he had a "one-page" proof of Fermat's Last Theorem using only theorems known in Fermat's time, and he would make it public...right after somebody paid him a million dollars for it. A while later, he reappeared, noted that while his original "one-page" proof was invalid, he had another one (something like "ten pages" this time, but again, not using anything that would not be known to Fermat), but wanted to know the best way to make money from it.
The second claimed to have discovered two Mersenne primes that end in 3 (numbers 48 and 49 on the list in the linked post). (A Mersenne prime is a prime number that is 2 raised to the power of a prime number, minus 1; for example, 22 - 1 = 3, 23 - 1 = 7, 25 - 1 = 31, and 27 - 1 = 127 are Mersenne primes; note 211 - 1 equals 23 x 89, so raising 2 to the power of a prime number and then subtracting 1 does not always result in a prime.) How many of the Math types here realize the problem with that statement?
And if you want to get pedantic, a single-zero wheel does result in a net profit of about 2.7% - for the bank.

There are multiple forums where the Roulette guys circle jerk each other off with their tales of winning systems. They even come up with creative names for themselves. Perhaps you can join them, with a better name of course.
I’m thinking “The Mad Russian Roulette Genius”. It will fit perfectly when you are done losing everything with your research.

I've also personally observed someone and his entourage lose millions over the course of a few days, betting the same number on what they thought was a biased Roulette wheel in Vegas. They did hit it once right when I was watching, but obviously not enough times.
I've also walked up to a wheel and placed a single black chip on one number, won, and walked away.
I think Roulette is a loser game. Doesn't seem much fun either, to me anyway. Played it a bit when I first got started, but got over it pretty quickly.

In stead of paying a mathematician, perhaps pay a magician but until then my stance is simple: Neither the lttle white ball, nor the wheel know that you are standing there or know you have placed a bet. Neither do they have any memory of past spin or any desire or ability to maintain the natural order of the universe by evening up the results.
