Here are two playing examples of this particular game.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fOv8sEHTP0
www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8cY-kkR_3M

I've been playing this game for quite a while, but almost every session turned out to be a big loss, if it's a fair game, my outcome has to be over 2 standard deviations to the south.
So I want to make sure whether I'm just on a bad luck losing streak, or the game is actually rigged.

Is the house edge strictly based on the rule written on the Gameplay Rules page like GameKing machine blackjack?
or the house edge is configurable like any slot machine?

The game plays fairly and by natural odds according to the rules in the help screen. These rules may be configurable.

Thanks for the confirmation, the machine is in Las Vegas. I just need to make sure it follows the rules written and is not dealt like a slot machine.
For instance, the Cashman Bingo slot machine is definitely rigged. the coin does not land randomly, but is much more likely to go to the spot that already had a coin in there.

If this game is in New York (Class 2?), can the rules be trusted?

Every Class 2 game I have seen has an explanation on one of the help screens explaining such; look for a key phrase like "The prize awarded is a result of the bingo game." There is often a fairly confusing series of charts explaining how prizes are mapped to bingo results.

Class 2 is an IGRA designation, so only applies at tribal properties.

I am not aware of any Class 2 options for SG/SHFL Fusion systems. In practice, I would expect a quorum problem.

I am also not aware of VLT options (racino) for that system.
May the cards fall in your favor.

I had written to NYS Gaming Commission regarding this question about the BJ game.
Here is their reply:

" The Electronic Blackjack games are connected to our central system but the outcomes are generated by the individual game not the system. This is the same way they work in any other casino."

I sometimes play at RW Queens which is a type 2 racino. I only play the BJ.
My interpretation is that the game is fair.

Similar game in a local casino had better rules than the blackjack table games this casino offered. Played very fairly and I would leave a winner 80% of the time, over many months. Soon, the high rollers discovered it, and started making max and near max bets every hand and winning large amounts. After a while I started losing 90% of the time and the high rollers disappeared. I assume it was reprogrammed in some way?

They may exist; I am not aware of them.

According to the manufacturer's website, they are no longer available. Last day to purchase was 30 September 2021.
May the cards fall in your favor.

Fair means dealt cards according to the rules clearly written on the game rules page.

I heard similar stories from multiple people regarding this machine, some also claim when betting very high amount, the girls keep changing after every hand.

I tend to believe it's a fair game even the win/loss result says otherwise.

The girl change on large bet was observed in Macau according to my friend.
