Well, if it's work for hire, you probably own the copyright. Most portraits aren't work for hire, you go in, sit for the portrait, and buy the prints.
This should all be spelled out in the contract.
It's not that your face is the photographer's, but the photographer's rendition of your face is their creative work, and subject to copyright.

Based on that one criteria, they all suck. Either the lighting is bad, or it's a weird camera angle, or your hair is out of control, or specks in the backdrop, or something. But forget all of them.
It's ok if you want to do a Hawaiian shirt and background, but make sure it doesn't have wrinkles, your hair is ok, etc.

I don't think any of them are very flattering pics of you. So I don't vote for any of them. Have you considered hiring a professional photographer like you did with your original portrait? You're not a bad looking guy but none of those pics suit you.

BTW, as evidenced in HB's shot, your teeth are obviously an asset, not an embarrassment. Proper lighting (2 sides, lightly gelled, plus a key spot from 45degree above your face), a good background, shot from slightly above, and smile.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

As near as I can tell there is a 'bot which combs the web and if the photo is in another place on the web, it calls out a copyright violation. I can re-post the photo here because the reference is back to the WIKIMEDIA.
Whoever took this photo can upload it and post it in Wikipedia, but if someone downloads it from the web it gets flagged as a copyright violation.
Source of Wikipedia photo for Phil Ivey is available because "ralphunden" who took the photo has made it publicly available.
