I have been held hostage now for approximately two weeks.

My two year old insists on watching Disney's live action "The Lion King" which he call "Roar Roar" over and over back to back non-stop.

Which might not be so bad if I could go do work in my room but he holds me hostage insisting I watch it with him.

Which still wouldn't be so bad if I could get some reading in but he insists on watching it home theater style with the lights off.

I managed to sneak off this post in a bid for help. Please contact the authorities with info.

I may not be free to respond.

Lock that kid in the closet until he grows up. Thank God I don't have kids to mess up. I had one but we ditched that little brat at the grand canyon.
I am a robot.

My nephew and his wife have two kids, the oldest is three. Both parents work fulltime and have been scrimping and saving to buy a bigger house. The Coronavirus comes along and they each start working out of their house. A month goes by and they realize how much they are missing out on their kids growing up, so the house is off the table and they are figuring out how to better balance their family and their income.

I have a big toy collection from the turn of the century to the 1970's.

It's so weird telling him he can't play with my toys.

You have a 2 year old at
your age? In a few more
years it will be you have
a 14 year old at YOUR age?
Hallmark should have a card
for that. After 50 toddlers are
a super pain in rear end.

Was your kid born in the back seat of a Greyhound bus rolling down HWY 41?
