So you are 39. :) You look around your age. :)

You're 59 turning 60. :) Seems about right. :)
Here is my second confession. I didn't think initially that Nathan's Corner would be this huge Mega thread. I thought it would get to like 20 pages and I am pleasantly surprised that it is on its 251 page as of current date! :D Thank you guys! ;D
I used to participate in a BJ forum where the owner gave one poster his own "zone". Eventually that poster was able to spin off to his own forum and currently brings in multiple dollars a day in income.
Mr Wizard sold this forum for big bucks. Perhaps the new owners might consider if they want to further branch out. Many here would welcome the decision to split this off to an entirely new forum.
Quote: NathanI have two confessions to make about Nathan's Corner. I at first had doubts about NC and wondered if it really was a good idea thread. I even implied my doubts by saying something like,"Nathan's Corner was a good idea, " like three times in a row and then ended it with the uncertain emoticon, :/ after I was told that NC meant that I couldn't bump up my old threads anymore. But nowadays I do think NC was a good idea and is a good thread. :)

I would say this post basically sums up what Nathan’s Corner is all about.
Here’s to 250 more pages 🍻
A guy online said that he played a card game on a free Gambling App(Poker or Blackjack IIRC) and was winning a lot of money. He looked closely at the cards and realized that the dealer was NOT dealing the cards right and had he went to a real world Casino with a dealer who was dealing the cards the right way he would have lost all his money.

You've cast them aside and now wear the robes of the forum's Oracle.

Quote: NathanOh Bill. You REALLY should have just boxed your choice. Really and truly. You chose 714 STRAIGHT. 741 showed up.
714 is the area code for Orange County, CA.

They did that in honor of Joe Friday.
Just the facts, Maam.

Hmm. Maybe I should play 714. ;)

Ouch! I assume you are referring to my avatar picture that I use here that was taken 3969 days ago.

No, you should not. Even if you did and it came in, you would lose our bet.
Quote: billryanNo, you should not. Even if you did and it came in, you would lose our bet.
En garde! The bet is still on! If 714 comes up before 146, I will give you a quarter, LMAO! Let's set a reasonable date however like a month or something like that. ;)

I was saying that we have no idea it will take before either 146 or 714 both straight comes up so it could be like an entire month before either hits straight.
Quote: billryanIt could be today. Could be tomorrow. Could be in twenty years. The bet ends when one number hits or the member forfeits.
LMAO at 20 years. :D That be pretty and truly sad and a bit hilarious if we're still battling it out over a quarter for 20 more years! Oh my God, have mercy! :D O.O :/
Thanks Wizard,Quote: WizardLet the record show that Nathan has sent me an Amazon gift code to be applied to the 2019 WoV Spring Fling.
Assuming that is in settlement of her lottery promise/wager, then much kudos to Karen.

Sometimes it takes twenty years.

The Lion's Share slot Jackpot was a whopping 2.4 million. Bill Ryan and I are battling it out for a measly .25! ;) If we spend 20 years battling it out for a quarter, God help us all. ;) O.O

Quote: NathanLottery Numbers Predictions time! :D I strongly predict that either 832, 831, 811,810, 893,863, 152, 163, 164, 246, 724 Pick 3 box or straight will come up within a month. Once again, I strongly predict. I ALMOST vow it. I said almost because there is a slim chance that none of them will pop up. ;)
Hey! 724 showed up a few minutes ago! :D My prediction was right! :D
Quote: NathanI AM trying to become more of a serious Gambler by actually playing a Table Game, Roulette, rather than just sticking to Slots. That has to count for something.
I don't think its a good idea for you "to become more of a serious gambler by actually playing a table game roulette, rather than sticking to slots"
I don't think you really have disposable income.
There are other stuff you could be doing that involve gambling but won't cost you any money.
For example: there are boatloads of online casinos that offer free REAL play money that you can win real money (I have seen as high as $200 in the past and its not all that hard to actually win, even with the wagering requirements). Just go to LCB https://lcb.org/ (wow they have a .oag?) I'm sure they have a list of no deposit bonuses.
I'm sure they still have some online poker free-rolls? Free sports bets/contests?
Once you learn how it all works(and perhaps build a small bankroll) you could actually start finding small low risk deposit bonuses/rebates that are good/+EV. I have no doubt if you had a question on how to exploit a certain bonus, what it was worth and what your risk was members here would be more than happy to help out.
I'm not saying to dump more than you can afford online and risk not getting paid. I'm talking about small deposits, one at a time, ONLY after you do your homework regarding their reputation. If you wait for good enough situations it will more than make up for any rigged or non paying casinos you happen to encounter.
While embarking on something like this you will probably start learning about smarter gambling practices and advantage play. Especially if you are actually making money instead of losing.
If you are serious, I can help a little and get you started on the right path(I'm sure there are others who know more about it than I do, I don't play online all that much anymore) but I can at least get you started in the right direction.
If you give me some lame response(like you have on other things in the past) then I know damn well you are just here on the forum to FK with everyone.

I am not so sure about trying online gambling. I have had someone steal my identity before and steal a $1,000 from me, luckily I reported the double theft and I got reimbursed, but it took 6 months before I got the $1,000 back so you can imagine that I am not too keen on trying online gambling after that happened to me. I am willing to try other games rather than Slots like I recently got into Roulette, but I am willing to try other games rather than Roulette and Slots.
I scratch the itch by watching these videos, including those posted by NJslotguy, JFK, akafuji, and of course Brian Christopher.
It's free, and sort of fun.

I admitted I watch slots on YouTube before and I got a reply saying something like I must have a huge gambling problem. WTF? Luckily the reply to that was another poster who said something like,"Uh, I watch slots on YouTube to. Better than losing my own money."
That's a bad idea, or it can be bad. I think watching slot videos is a primer for dumping your money at some point in the future. I only watch them if I need to know about a slot machine.Quote: MrVAnother way you could gamble for free, Nathan, is by doing so vicariously: watch folks play slots on youtube.

I don't want Zenking permanently banned. I did say that I feel that Zenking's threads and posts should be approved by an Admin before being put on the website like many other websites do to brand new Members.

We had, imo, a great content person in Mickey crimm thay got banned. A lot of us wanted him to be moderated instead of banned but they said it wasnt possible, or not enough time to do it. I miss some of his stories.

Awaits a suspension...evil hand hub*Quote: PokerGrinderSo the blind leading the blind?
Maybe a more amusing idea would be that instead of issuing suspensions, we should lock all suspended members into one easily blocked thread, where they could torment rehabilitate each-other.Quote: PokerGrinderSo the blind leading the blind?
