Two weeks have come and went and now I get to reply to all that has happened. However, I should have been able to post all along as on the suspension list my end date is “02/07/14”.

I want to say thank you to RS, Gordonm888 and MaxPen. You guys have been nothing but supportive and reasonable. You have made it a pleasure to post here.

Unlike the above, users like Zcore13 who make personal insults and gets away with it (bias mods???) and my favorite user rsactuary who only comes around to insult and make up lies about me when he knows I can't reply. Always great to see him break the rules and nothing ever happens to him. This is a big part of what's wrong with this forum and its moderation. I see from catching up that the past two weeks a lot happened and seems the site continues to decline.

So Mike you said in the topic you banned me that if you ever ban someone they can go over to DT and talk to you about it. Why be misleading about it? That's the first thing I did (PM'ed you didn't even post a topic) and your reasonable reply was to ban me there too? Very nice! If you don't mean something don't post it, tends to make you look bad.

Clearly when you said “You are invited to not return at all” I think you meant “Don't return at all but I can say this because if I could nuke you I would.” I have survived 3 weak bans and they are so weak that every time it happens it sparks a good debate.

I have to say the ban list is a great idea because not only can I see how unfairly I am treated against other users who have more frequent infractions with less time banned but it just further showcases that I am a target.

Mike to response to the things you have said about in during my ban: if having to lower my standards is a key to staying on your site, I guess we will be parting ways soon enough. So your wish will come true sooner or later and it wouldn't surprise me at all if it came after this post.

What can I say? You do have some valid complaints and observations. I don't even remember why you were suspended, but are you able to be cooperative to stick around? Apparently not.

Side note, I don't think it is polite to refer to Wizard as Mike, we all have handles here and you two obviously are not otherwise friends, assumed you've never met.

Maybe another ban is in order for flooding?

Welcome back. I’m sure we are all delighted you are choosing to “participate” again.

Sometimes we have to let bygone be bygone. If we have to live in the past, it might be painful and uncomfortable.

Those who do not learn from the past..... ect,ect.

Do you really expect me to stay up until the stroke of midnight for no other purpose than to unban you as quickly as possible?

I can't put a precise time on it, but you were unbanned well before you made your post. A few hours, at least.

I think your logic is a bit flawed. He could Nuke you if he wanted to, why couldn't he?

The ban list is a good idea because I seriously doubt I would have remembered to unban you on the seventh without it, can't speak for anyone else.

Re: ban end date - the point is that 2/7/14 was 4 years ago. Not a good point; but, hey, that's where we are.

As to banning you on DT, I didn't care for your approach to me there via PM.

I will say the invitation to not return was not my finest moment and I regret saying that.

I will allow you to blow off some steam but will tolerate that for only so far. So get your grievances off your chest and then I hope we can let bygones by bygones and go forward. However, I do warn you my patience with incessant complaining and whining will go only so far.

As far as unfair treatment, you are welcome to bring any posts you feel break forum rules to my attention and I will consider them.

Woah, a truly classy response. The above is probably a big reason why so many intelligent people in gaming, and other fields, continue to participate here.

I read the replies here and I'm not sure whether to laugh or bang my head against the wall.

I'll make three points:

1) Missions you must be having a really off night based on your reply so I will just say “You are the weakest link” and leave it at that.

2) The user who is “offended” because I called Mike by his name; his name is at the bottom of every page of this site...

3) Mike I acknowledge your reply however it misses the point. I'm not going to rat users out but when rsactuary wrote lies and insulted me I am sure at least one mod read his post and decided not to enforce the rules. Furthermore, anyone can look at the ban list and see what I saw. There are users who got banned twice in about a week's time and only got 3 days for each and historically bans (third offenses) that got 7 days. While my second and third bans are nowhere close to what others have gotten. Am I to think that “Hey I just must be lucky” or that “Hey I'm being attacked”

I won't be replying back and I've said my piece and as usual can move forward until my next ban.

I missed the, '14,' and misinterpreted your post as a result. This may not come as a surprise to you, but I don't exactly hang on to every word you say such that I read for memorization.
