I don't know what they are currently distributing in Nevada.... If they have been distributing progressive systems, shouldn't they already require a manufacturer license?

Well, I don't know all the details about Nevada, but it's loosely a progressive system. As it works now, its basically the same as a poker bad beat jackpot fund.
Wagers are tallied each day and the jackpot is updated once per day. That's why they call it a Bonus Jackpot System and not a progressive. Maybe they are switching to a real time bet tally and update, which would make it a true progressive?

I think the Poker Room'd bad beat jackpot is a legitimate Progressive, may not be a real time progressive.

BTW, what if the bad beat jackpot get hit twice or 3 times in the same day??

There is an automatic reset number that gets input after a jackpot gets paid. Something like 60% of all wagers get paid back in smaller table wins, 5% goes to the current jackpot. 10 to the reset amount (or viceaversa) and 25% is the house hold.

Just saw on the Nevada Gaming Agenda that Galaxy is trying to get a new Chairman of the Board approved. A brilliant move since it is Mark Lippareli who used to be the Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Pretty Big News!! Galaxy got it just in time to share with customers at G2E. Wonder what Manufactured Products they have ready to go for field trial in "several weeks"?

I'd guess electronic versions of their games, similar the Shuffles large Blackjack machine.

Doubled since the sale this thread was started to discuss. I got in at 24 cents a share. Now up 5 fold. $1.24 now.
