I remember that Cleveland elected a senator or congressman while he was in jail maybe in the 80's but has there ever been a President in jail when elected and will Hillary Rodman be the first.

I warned him a few days earlier that he must very careful criticizing liberals. Apparently he wasn't aware of the double standard that exists around here.

No, she won't, as even if she is arrested for something, there's no way it will be a "no bail" offense, any trial won't possibly end before inauguration day, and most of her supporters will probably treat it as trumped-up (or Trumped-up) charges anyway. Besides - what makes you think Obama wouldn't pardon her the day after the election?
