Someday, I think I would like to ___________ (fill-in the blank )
- Rent an apartment or Condo and come live in Vegas for a year.
That would have to be after I retire a number of years down the road. Or would there be any way to do it cost-effectively for just several months ? I guess there would be furnished apartments that you could get for that sort of time-frame. It would have to be someplace relatively nice though, no sense in coming out and not enjoying it because you are staying in a dump.
Unless I change my mind, I'm doing it in 2018.

I had more fun in local clubs then on the strip. The most fun I have ever had was when I was 16 and 17, I lived very close to a hippie commune in Washington state called Rainbow Valley. It was like a small Woodstock.

Washington state. between Rochester and little Rock. Not to far from the Lucky Eagel casino. It sits on the Black River. Not to far from Olympia, WA. It's like 50 acres of land. I know its still there, but im not sure if squatters still inhabit it or what the culture is like now. The FBI has raided it a few times and busted the supposed land owner/Gideon . I googled it. As much time as I spent in Washington and I had never heard of Rainbow Valley.

Vegas in baseball season for a few weeks. Did the football season in 2008 for several weeks. 1st 10-12 days was great, then I lost and moved up to Reno for a couple weeks.
