It was probably opened by a "mail clerk" who then directed it to the complaints slush pile where a complaints employee grabbed the form letter, added your address and sent it off.

That letter is the one of the most generic responses I have ever seen. It didn't even address your specific concerns. It's beyond insulting and condescending. I like that you showed the name of the Staff Member and her Title and hopefully Don Laughlin will give you a real response and real Compensation when they open.
