Here is one of mine from the web (www.evelknievel.com):

When I posted my Caesars Palace chip at the end of March, I provided this link to the video of that jump/wreck.

Thanks for citing the source. I admit I have forgotten to do this at times, but let's try to give proper credit when using other site's photos.

Wow that craps picture is great. Do any casinos still have anything like that anymore? Or even for blackjack?

I think they still have swim up blackjack at several places (Tropicana, Caesars, Mirage, Hard Rock, Golden Nugget??). The "floating" craps game was a publicity stunt that got shut down pretty quickly. Reportedly, dice off the table, and keeping wagers straight on a rocking table were a real problem.

I'd venture to say that those with the hats are cops not mobsters. Check out the date of the photograph and see how Mr. Hoover insisted his agents dress at that time.

Speaking of old vegas photos, does anyone know where i could find an ariel view of vages "through the years" so to speak? I would love to see how the neighborhoods and of course the casinos and the stip has changed. Hell my frist trip was in 1994, and today it has really changed, I would love to see the difference.

There is a photograph hanging in the lobby of the Flamingo near the Platinum Check-In entrance which is probably from 1960 that has a Studebaker in it. I want that picture.

And nowhere do I see that misleading term "entertainment."

In those days you went to Vegas to try your
luck and if you won, it was entertaining. It
wasn't till the 90's that they informed us losing
was just as entertaining as losing.
