Correct, I have diamond at Caesars and platinum at MGM and both waive the parking fee. [/

Why should the average guy be treated as well as a business's best customers? If a typical 7 Star player is worth more to the casino than a busload of blue hairs, why should they be treated equally?
This is in response to DAs response, which for some reason is not quoted here.

your response sounds like a typical response from someone who thinks he deserves better treatment just because he has more money..The average guy makes it possible for the 7star player to get that treatment because there are soo many more of them that are loyal to the casinos...Im not complaining just accepting real life at casinos..

That's what happens when you assume. I am the ultimate low roller. I get next to nothing from casinos that I don't hustle out of them.
I just recognize that many people are more valuable to the casino than I am. I compare casino cards to frequent flyer miles. Airlines recognize their best customers and want to keep them. Casinos do, as well.
I'd imagine a business that treated its best customers the same as its smallest wouldn't last very long in the casino/hospitality industry.

They would only be allowed to hang out in common areas such as the food court, movie theaters, arcades, etc. At least in Nevada

The only places I've noticed this is really out on Boulder Highway and The Cannery North.

your right Billr.. the higher rollers should get better treatment because the casinos WANT there business..I like your analogy about casino cards and frequent fliers too. BUT I think free parking should be available to anyone even us ultimate low rollers..

It occurs to me that substantially all of the strip casinos adopting additional resort / parking fees at around the same time seems like a price-fixing conspiracy, a violation of federal antitrust law.

I remember asking the first time why a casino ATM fees were so high and being told it was set by the financial institution. I love that explanation. Nothing we can do even though it sits on our floor in our casino. Sorry 'bout that. Our Hands are tied!
Quasimodo? Does that name ring a bell?

I imagine those ATMs pay big rent to be in those locations. When I had ATMs in two of my clubs, I got a percentage of the fees but that was with a private ATM service, not a bank.
