I just wonder some members got banned for life. Would it be possible they would be pardoned or paroled after certain time under certain conditions please?

Why? Nothing of value has been lost. To get banned you have to screw up multiple times.

If you're talking about monet, I disagree. Monet was a valuable poster and even though me and him butted heads a few times on here, he gave me lots of information trying to help me with AP as well as others. He was also a good guy when I met him in person, so I have nothing against him and hope the mods reconsider reinstating him, but he might not want to come back anyway after what has happened.
Any private business open to the PUBLIC (ie. droned out casinos) cannot have a criminal trespass enforced against an individual without GOOD CAUSE (Disruptive or Disorderly conduct). You will never go to prison for being thrown out of a casino for legal advantage play and then returning because it's simply unconstitutional 'as applied' to the individual. 'As applied' constitutional issues must FIRST be raised in DISTRICT COURT (trial court) to have it thrown out. You CANNOT raise it on APPEAL This is the best kept secret in the world of casinos not just in Vegas but everywhere in the country. Thank me later.

If you are talking about many of the dopes that deserved suspended then there should be no reinstatement.

If you are talking about monet then he is the one that asked to be banned. I am not sure why he got so mad as I didn't see it coming. Since he requested the ban he is allowed back but has to wait 30 days per the rules. However with making a sock puppet I am not sure if that screws him from coming back. I liked his stories and posts so I hope he comes back.

I was considering an annual pardon of a banned member a few years ago but was correctly talked out of it. I don't have much sympathy for anyone who can't behave themselves anyway.

I was an admin on a forum where we incorporated a parole system (I thought it was a bad idea). As it turns out, it basically just reinforced and reminded us why that person was banned to begin with. Every now and then one person would actually be normal and civil, but typically those cases were more like someone got banned on a BS technicality or they actually have changed. I think we had a 1-year or 6-month minimum before the person was allowed to try to be a parolee....usually it was rather obvious from the get go whether or not the person wasn't still a complete retard.

Actually, for what it's worth, Mickey hasn't drank in a long time (at least 6 months, maybe more?) and has been civil for the most part, since he's quit drinking. I would be in favor of allowing MC back on WOV, although I can see why admins may not want him back.

I'm not passing messages from a banned member, just sayin'.

If he ever apologies for the death threat he made against me, I'll consider it.

Was he drunk at that particular moment?

Was this Buzz?

I know he may have poked the bear one time too many, but perhaps it was just a youthful indiscretion?

Aside from the uncharacteristic "bear-poking" there at the end, it seemed like ol' Buzz kept things pretty lively around here!
You serious, Clark?

Probably, but being drunk is not an excuse in my book. People are responsible for their actions, whether drunk or sober.
