I had lost a bunch of money in slots and some guy I had never seen before came up to me and asked me to let me put his player's club card in the machine so he could get a point for free play Thursday. I snapped at him, "Can you get away from me? I just lost a bunch of money!" He quickly left, LOL.

A gambler criticized my play a couple of times, and I got awfully sick at tired at it, so I took a basic strategy card out of my wallet and flung it at him and suggested that he "study this" and oh yeah, the card hit him right in the nose

I bounced the dice off the table into a couple of "Don't" players at the Rio one night. They were late betting, had hands all over the place, etc. I just wanted my space to roll and they didn't change any results; they were just annoying as hell with their antics. Good bounces; I hit'em in the chest.

I hit a 10,2 versus dealer 4 (dealer beat the table)
Guy at first base blamed me - telling me I "didn't know what I was doing" and I "cost the table money"
The very next hand he was dealt a blackjack
I looked at him and said "YOU'RE WELCOME!!!" — he rolled his eyes and said "For what?"
(yes yes yes I know my play does not affect anyone else so please refrain — it was said sarcastically but he didn't realize it)

That's easy and I do it everywhere, just did
it this week. I sometimes sit and watch the
roulette marquee for awhile before I play.
I always sit at a vacant slot. You would not
believe the number of people that ask me
to move, even if every slot in the same
row is vacant.

I used to move, and then stopped stopped
moving years ago. This week some old lady
asked me if she could play my machine.
I told her to play another one, they were
all empty. No, she HAD to play mine because
the slot gods were keeping the one lucky
machine from her. I refused to move so
she sat down at the next machine and played
mine anyway! When she lost her $10 and got
up I asked her if it was worth it. Silence.

I can't tell you how often this happens, I've
even had them get security in Vegas. Slot people
are the most superstitious in any casino.

These are satisfying to read. I'm generally not too rude to others, but if they're making snide comments about my play AND playing poorly I might laugh at their losses.

I once split 10s and was called a "stupid mother******." That man won the next several hands including that one. After a few minutes of uncomfortable silence at the table he got up and left excusing himself by saying "I'm sorry for calling you names."

I haven't because I like to be welcome in every casino.

There was one time a gambler was mad and started to cuss at me. I didn't cuss back but I said my point and left.

I remember a table Gambler saying he calls women Gamblers ugly when they get on his nerves and tells elderly people that they are going to die soon when they get on his nerves. If that isn't rude, I don't know what is.

The only time I can recall being rude to another gambler was at the poker table. I accused another player of slow-rolling me, which in looking back on it, he did not do. I was stuck a lot, and took leave of my senses. Rather than argue with me, he apologized. I hope I meet him again someday so I can apologize to him.

I was at a blackjack table in Deadwood in about 2009 or so and a whale was spewing. He wasn't playing correctly but when I would play correctly he would try to correct me. He jumped down my throat when I split 9's against some rag and the dealer beat him. At that point I told him to stop trying to correct my play because it was my money.

He continued to play poorly and spew and berating me for my correct play. He was getting loud and cussing about me but I was ignoring him when he started to really get out of hand. The dealer wasn't doing anything about it. I asked him to control this player but he wouldn't. I decided to have some fun with it.

I moved my bet down to the $2 minimum and played a few hands recklessly. I waited until I got dealt 20 and intentionally busted it, then asked Spewy if I was playing correctly. I've never seen someone so tilted at a blackjack table.

He finally blew up and blamed all of his losses on me in a very threatening way. I told him he should splurge the $2 to buy a blackjack strategy card because he had no idea how to play the game. The dealer then told me to get the F out of there right then. I had not done anything wrong and he clearly had no control over this player. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused.

I was actually banned from playing table games at this place for this incident. The reason for the ban was for giving unsolicited advice at the blackjack table to other players.

The casino went out of business not too long after. It was well deserved.

If you are talking about my post it was a little joint in Deadwood called Gold Dust. A place called Gold Dust reopened a few years later but it isn't really the same place.

I was a regular but I had never seen this dealer before that night. The other dealers were livid with him when they found out about this because I took care of them.

They all agreed this dealer was terrible. His attitude sucked. He was fired before the place shuttered. I was really surprised to see a casino ban a known player because of what a new dealer said happened. He even acknowledged to them that I requested to talk to a suit but he refused.

The tape would have shown the other player repeatedly getting up and pointing and yelling at me even with no sound. They were just too lazy to investigate it and took the dealer at his word that I was the problem. That is why I felt they deserved to fail.

Aren't blackjack maximum bets $100 in Colorado? I guess Whale is a relative term.

As mentioned, it was in South Dakota. The bet limit is $1,000 now but it was $100 then.

Yes, whale is relative term. A green chip bettor, especially outside of tourist season, is a whale. He was betting up to max, sometimes on multiple hands. I was just killing time.

I was playing Pai Gow Poker at the Eastside Cannery tonight, two hands $25 with another guy at the other end of the table playing $150 on two hands.
Dealer dealt herself A-10-6-5-joker-3-2. Sets it 10-6/A-2-3-4-5 seeing the wheel straight. I tell her she has a 6-high straight with an A-10 up. She says, "thanks, didn't see it" and sets it correctly. This unsolicited advice was actually appreciated by the house.
I momentarily thought with a fleeting thought that this may have been rude to the other player, but it also would have been rude to the dealer if she were called on it also. In any case, I expect clean and correct play of the hands at the table, and the cards and rules tell me what I win and lose. If I would have said something was wrong if it favored the dealer, then I also would have said it was wrong if it were in my direction, too. Doesn't matter what direction wrong play goes in, it matters if wrong play goes down at the table.

To my surprise, the big bettor guy had absolutely no problem with anything, he was like "yeah, that is the right set." I saluted him. I was more concerned with clean and legitimate play at my table than with being rude, facts over feelings, but a non-issue.

I figured surveillance was probably watching the green and blackjack action, and they would have made us give it back, and write up an apprentice dealer. They also know me personally and know that I'm the inventor of EZ Pai Gow, and so they'd damn well know that I took money that I didn't win.

I played BJ in Deadwood in 2005, and had
a very good time. It was in mid June and
the town was very uncrowded the 2 days
I was there. We stayed at the Bullock Hotel,
and I had a blast with just me and the dealer
at most places. When it's slow like that, you
get a real feeling for the place.

You ought to be saluted, congratulated, and applauded for your honesty. :) You could have won lots of money on her mistake but went with the honest road. Good for you!:) I remember someone saying that some Novice Dealer was dealing the cards the wrong way and every player got paid well. He was gone(most likely fired for his incompetence)the next time they showed up, especially looking for him. LOL at them looking for him, not at him being fired.

Rudest I've been? Two memories come to mind. The first was when a guy walked up and put his player's card in my machine without asking, so I pulled it out, bent it in half, and threw it away. The second time, I walked up to a baccarat table and placed a $10 bet on Player when the rest of the table was betting on Banker. After winning I asked them for high 5's. I may have been a bit drunk both times.
