All information FWIW. I met the guy who owns/operates Bovada in London in February. I came away with a strongly positive impression of him, and he's vouched for not just by Mike S, but by several other folks we know in common. I also have been playing at Bovada for 6-8 months, both the poker and the casino site, and have had no problems with them in any direction. I am very pleased but not surprised Zuga was successful in getting a good resolution, because it fits with my experience with them to date.

Thanks again, Zuga, for interceding, and congrats, Romes, on persisting until you were made whole. I think, despite the cynicism expressed in this thread, that there are entities out there who can make a dollar on online gaming without screwing people, especially considering their overhead is so low compared to B&M places. And in my experience, Bovada has been one of them.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I might disagree with that if you consider all the factors. but ill save my arguments for in person.

I'm sure people are shocked I could possibly believe that. But remember how online casinos get 90% of their business. The Woo didn't get purchased for that much for the hell of it.

That's all well and fine.

Now the question is what are they doing to fix this problem. What about all the people in the future especially people who don't push the issue. Will they implement a timestamp or whatever to show when the play actually starts. Will they make sure no bets can be made "after the fact"?

Will you continue to use live betting now? or is the gig up?
