That was a pretty funny cartoon. I love bugs bunny, best cartoon next to Bullwinkle.
Check out the movie Premium Rush that came out last year. Its a New York bicycle messenger service movie.
They have some great scenes of a dirty cop gambling with Pai Gow tiles in Chinatown and going bust.

I wasn't really taking it seriously, just reflecting. The "yuk yuk yuk" meant I enjoyed the joke that had been highlighted in a previous post. Had it not been pointed out, I probably wouldn't have mentioned it.

Writing this after reading the last few days of the Suspension List discussion on another thread. Seems like there's a lot of backs up over things said on this forum by otherwise intelligent, interesting people. I think folks fall into the trap of writing as if they're talking in the same room with someone, not realizing they're going to be misunderstood, because there's no voice inflection, body language, or cultural commonality among us outside of an interest in gambling. (Since you all love statistics so much, I've seen studies indicating that the written word, without personal knowledge of the author, only conveys about 12% of the author's message.) I think a bit more tolerance (another hot-button buzzword under debate) would be in order. Assume positive intent. I make myself go there first before taking umbrage, and I find life a lot more fun that way.
