Spoken like somebody who just turned
30. You may be surprised, but your
priorities change when you get to around
50

As someone who is turning 50, I feel the exact opposite. When I was younger I believed the goal was to live longer but as I have aged I have realized that quality means a lot more to me than longevity. When I say quality I mean personal preferences that I enjoy.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

We're not talking about that. It's how you treat
your body with what you put into it. Smoke,
alcohol to excess, drugs.

There's a good video on Netflix about General
Tso Chicken. There's a Chinese restaurant in NYC
that invented cashew chicken in the 60's. In the
late 60's, reps from McD's came calling and wanted
the recipe for it. A short time later, Chicken
McNuggets appeared at McD's.

Cashew Chicken is a deep fried nugget of chicken,
covered with a sweet sauce. McNuggets are deep
fried and you get a choice of sauces. So it's a
total rip off from the Chinese culture in America.

That is exactly what I am talking about. If a person gets great satisfaction from eating "bad" food, drinking alcohol, and smoking there is no reason to believe that by quitting those they gain more more satisfaction by living longer.

As anyone who has been to China can attest, the food there is nothing like our "American" Chinese restaurants. There's no need to travel that far. You can see for yourself at one of the Chinatowns in this country. Fortune cookies, as well as a slew of other items, aren't even Chinese.

I see he got to 86. That is right about the point our two serious challengers got to, as well as another friend who took the challenge before I started this site.

I'm going to flag his last 10 , because I believe it apt to do so. Is first post was an ad for his Ap on itunes.

I've killed most of the floods, the links to his app, and suspended the person for now. We'll see if he returns, and if so, how.

How much of that do you suppose would be actual chicken?

Aside from the breading, I would say all of it. Just don't ask what part of the chicken it comes from!

This is from McDonald's website:

"McDonald's Chicken McNuggets®® are made from 100% chicken breast meat. However, as a percentage of the total recipe when the batter, seasoning and oil to cook the nuggets are taken into account, chicken meat constitutes 45% of the total Chicken McNugget®, the other ingredients account for the additional 55%."
