If an Alan falls in the forest and no one was around to hear it, does he make a sound?

No he doesn’t, why he came back here is incomprehensible. Possibly he underestimated the collective memories.

I believe I heard "Yo Yo Yo".
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Well, I'll say this for DRich (I assume D. Rich is a real name). He isn't taking snarky shots from behind an anonymous facade. I give him credit.

What's the status on mask usage in Las Vegas right now? I know at McCarran recently people were pretty good about it.

I would say over 95% of places are enforcing the mask rule. I saw a fight break out in a bar over the weekend because a patron didn't want to wear the mask and another patron had a problem with him not wearing it.

I agree with you. Most places, other than Cosmo seemed to pretty intent on enforcing mask rule as required. In hotels/casinos where I was at, security was nice about reminders and handing out masks to patrons who forgot or didn't have one.

Also, I did see some folks from public areas outside hotel/casino areas (parking garage hallways, annexes) get into a little bit of an argument about whether they should be or shouldn't be wearing a mask but as soon as they got to the casino entrance, security enforced the rule.

Didn't Sisolak allow bars to open up for counter service Wednesday this week?

Why else make a nonsensical post as above?

If only that explained all the nonsensical posts in this forum.

Something that will NOT be shut down (well, except possibly for a month or two): the Pinball Hall of Fame. The owner had some money problems caused by a lack of income because of the pandemic, and was not sure that he would be able to complete the payments to the construction company to get the new site finished, but a $79,000 anonymous donation appears to be enough to finish the job. However, the new location may not be ready before "sometime in May," and the current location (which was already sold to help pay for the new location) has to be vacated by sometime in April.

The Pinball Hall of Fame is on my list of “non-gambling things to do in Vegas I always says id like to do and then never find the time to do it when I’m there.” Much like the Mob museum, Pepermill, Neon Museum and going to Chinatown.

I am planning a Vegas trip in May so maybe it’ll be open by then and maybe I’ll finally get out there.
