I just talked w Shipman about it last week. It means exactly what it says. Jeepers fellas! Iím used to people disagreeing w me as thatís all i do all day every day is argue but having my ability to read questioned along w my ability to decipher meaning from my one on one interactions i had w people is absolutely hilarious.

You worry about your game their buddy and i will worry about mine. Iím happy that moneysuit or classic suit or whatever you are calling it now got a second placement and a damn good one where the casino is marketing for it. Good for you brother.

"if players are allowed to jump in at any point without the shoe being shuffled, they may gain an arbitrarily large advantage". Funny that this is also expressed in the AP heat article.

And for the record, I didn't question a single one of your placements, I just said keep us posted and asked you a few questions.

Good luck Jason.

You questioned the meaning of shipmans report and tried to say it says CSM is the only option. That is not true. CSM makes it a non-issue or an operator can employ one of shipmans suggestions. Not very complicated. Nothing wrong w CSMís. Some operators have lots of them and some donít.

I hope your game turns things around in Washington real soon. It could happen. Keep at it.

? Trying to make it sound like the game is not doing well Jason? Last I checked with the facility, the game is doing very well. Would you care to explain this last statement....

A direct report from the WA facility to an upcoming trial facility is what solidified that upcoming trial. So please, do explain.

Perhaps you guys might take it to PM? Honestly, with your actual names publicly known and being Table Games inventors I can promise that neither of you come out of it looking good if you go after each other publicly.

By all means do, I'm just saying it doesn't look good when challenging the integrity/performance of one another's games.

I want to say thanks to all who post here daily to share their experience and knowledge. This is my first post, but I have read a ton on here in the past year. Quite honestly this is an invaluable resource for anyone crazy enough to jump into the new table games industry. I am Jason's business partner Joe, and for those I met at the conference it was great to put a face with a name.

I will say the conference was without a doubt one of the best avenues to network and get crucial feedback on a new table game. Having a dedicated outlet to new table games was an awesome idea and I am glad I got to experience it first hand.

The competition was fierce. There were many great games there and I am grateful for the mere opportunity to be a part of it. The knowledge and experience gained from attending was well worth the price of admission.

To address the card counting vulnerability, we had Joe Shipman do an analysis and hopefully if he is reading this thread can comment on it further as he is more knowledgeable than I am about his analysis. What I took from the analysis is that the Casino Over Under much like blackjack shares a vulnerability for card counting. This is a non-issue with a CSM and also if the dealer does not exceed 3/4 of the shoe even with a player hopping in mid shoe.

Everyone's input is great. The reason we had Joe doe the analysis is because of feedback we received from here.

Thanks again

I wouldnít worry about what i said as it was based on second hand information. Clearly first hand trumps second hand. I am not going to tell you who the people were that told me this but it was more than one. These people certainly have no reason to lie which normally matters to me if i #1. care or #2. if it wasnít in the face of direct evidence from someone i donít know well enough to assess their credibility.

So put that alltogether and what your left with is an apology from me. I am sorry Brett apparently the people that informed me the game was struggling were wrong for some reason. Iím glad your game is doing well.

I apologize if i upset anyone. I created this thread just in case there are people out there like I once was where i would monitor this forum which slowly but surely gave me an idea of what the landscape is like for trying to get a game in a casino. For those that donít know, i came up w COU in 1995 but kept it under wraps for two decades bc it seemed to me like it would be impossible to make a run to get it in a casino. It was this site that gave me the courage to go for it.

So i certainly donít want to bite the hand that fed me by upsetting the administrators of this site. I will say it is quite common to have to fend off the same negative comments over and over which is why i said ďhere we goĒ in response to the first negative response to my post. Iím not complaining. Itís just interesting and can get heated from time to time.

At this point the report has been placed and i will leave you all be for a while. I started my application in Washington and contacted the corresponding Tribal authority in Arizona for trisls in those states w casinos i met at the show. So those of you thinking about entering in the future you can get placements by placing or by impressing casinos w your game in your booth. You will here from me again down the road either about the new trials mentioned above or hopefully about pa. I wish you all the best.

I think what's valuable to note here is that whether you get 10 placements or 0, this is the place for a game inventor to demo.
