That's definitely what would sway it for me if I had the time and money to go for 7 stars: all the events and promotions that are 7 stars only. Plus, the discounted point-to-cash conversion rate...

Yes there are advantages, but you don't want to go broke getting there.

Play smart, get lucky, and you can become 7 Stars at a low cost. And then the benefits will be worthwhile.

By the way, I am now converting 125 comp dollars to 100 free play dollars on a regular basis, but recently Caesars put a cap of $500 free play conversion per day. Since I usually play at a casino where I "day trip" I find that I accumulate comps a lot faster than I spend them.

Those that receive 7star status need to take their game to the next level to reap the rewards.

Getting platinum'ed/diamond'ed/7 starr'ed out of lines sucks. Some dude in the regular line tried to muscle me out of the cashier then got very upset when I was in the platinum line.

The emerald card holders at Gold Coast show up outta nowhere when I'm in the regular line :( They synchronize cashouts I swear.

Let's discuss the Boyd cards, is Emerald worth attaining?

In comparison:
Boyd Emerald: $250k coin-in on 99% vP; the caveat to this is, it really depends on where your "home property" is, on what kind of offers you'll get. This is to say, if you put all of your play in on multiplier days at GoldCoast on 9/6 JoB STP, your offers will ONLY be for GoldCoast, and you won't get ANYTHING from any other property. Period.

Harrahs Diamond: $250k coin-in (spread out over 10 days, to maximize the 7500-for-2500 point bonus') will give you a solid ADT, as well as offers at every Ceasers property.
