For ONE COIN in the pays are:
Royal 400
4 aces with kicker 400
4 2s, 3s, 4s with kicker 400
4 aces 160
4 2s 3s 4s 80
4 5s thru Ks 50
SF 50
FH 9
Flush 6
straight 4
3oak 2
2 pair 1
high pair 1
I plugged the numbers into the Wizards calculator but I think I did something wrong? Help?

For one to four credits, i think it may be standard for both the Royal and 4 Aces + kicker to be 400 for 1 in TDB. I think have noticed this on other TDB units elsewhere. So not making a max bet would be a hugeeeeeeeeeeeee mistake paying only 94.56%. Max coins will pay 98.15%. I will try to double check this next time I hit the "boat".

It would make me happy for sure. And currently for me, it is a better play to play one credit on quarters than five nickels at my two closest casinos (99.54%+ with max bet quarters vs. < 98% with max bet nickels). One coin 9/6 JoB is 98.37%.

Most non-wild games it's usually good enough. The games I have found major exceptions to this in a casino are: TDB, Quick Quads, Pick 'em Poker, ACE$ Bonus, and Bonus Poker. The last two are more obvious though. When three of a kind pays 2 in ACE$ and two pair pays 1 in Bonus the game sucks. In Pick 'em, Quads will get shorted w/o full pay along with the Royal. In Quick Quads, quads for any coin-in can be shorted.
Also in DDB, 40(SF)/10/6 exists in Indiana and used to exist in Mississippi and Iowa. But that was a good thing because that game pays 99.96% back and all states forbid > 100% games. What's sad is this game existed in all three states before 2013. :'(

I have a pic from my recent trip to Caesars in Windsor and it has almost the exact same numbers for the 1 coin bet...only difference is flush is 5 not 6

The one coin payout would be brutal, or even an idiot playing $4/hand on that machine would only have a game that returned 93.33%. Yikes! They should really offer 600 for 1 for Royals and AWAK. At least that would get the game within 2% of max coin.
And ideally, you'd rather play the 9/7 version of this game (99.58% max coin), but the only CET property that has this currently is Tunica Roadhouse. Hammond, IN may have it too, but not listed. Many of their games in the high limit room are "full-pay" and I am not sure if VPFree2 has them all listed.

and remember this is in CANADA where no taxes are paid.... the threes with the ACE the machine spits out a voucher for $2000 no hand pay no tip required
the handpay on the $4000 hand lady told me up to $2500 no handpay on these machines

Local (state) taxes, and Fed taxes (for me) can certainly take a positive game and make its return "dive" into negative territory. I'm not the smartest tool in the shed, but I do look at the amount of W2G's a game will generate, and take this into consideration before playing a high denomination machine. The gov't only wants to share your wins with you, not your losses. I've heard that some states even change the numbers on the returns filed by VP players making the filer(s) challenge the changes. This is something I wish to avoid by not gambling in those states. To any player that has had this happen to them....Good luck with that battle!

Good job picking slow on a 97% unit! Better? :)
I am always picking slow on -EV machines too. I play fast enough for the games I typically play, over 600 hands/hr on the slowest setting.
