I think we're already over 20 commitments, I think we're going to maybe end up with 30 players this year. That would be $725 in Entry Fees (I don't pay because I don't get First Place money if I win) so that breaks down something like:

725 * .6 = $435
725 * .3 = $217.50
725 * .1 = $72.50

I don't know if you want to put it to a vote or just let me decide it, but I don't think that's enough for first place. I also don't think third place should get more than his/her money back. If there was $725 in the prize pool, I'd be more inclined to do something like this:

FIRST PLACE: $600
SECOND PLACE: $100
THIRD PLACE: $25

In fact, I would be inclined to say let's just keep it like that for 25+ players. If there are 25 or more players, Second Place gets $100, Third Place gets his/her money back and First Place gets everything else.
