I visited a racino in New York State, today, and saw some slot machines that would have been advantage machines had they been in Atlantic City or Las Vegas. However, we know that the video poker and slot machines in that racino are just video lottery terminals (VLT.)

So, are there vulturable Class II slot machines?

VLT's and class II games are different.

A VLT is just a visual representation of a win from an electronic scratch card.
A Class II game is a visual representation of the win from a very fast bingo game.

I haven't seen the games you're referring to, but neither of two types of games above are generally vulturable for practical purposes.

One thing I don't get is what is a class I slot. I think they are the same thing as a VLT, but I'm not sure.

I always thought that any “class” of machine was called that because it was on an Indian reservation and that’s how their laws define their machines.

What I don’t understand is why everyone refers to any other machine as any “class” - or why do we use the word class for anything other than an Indian casinos machines?

I have a feeling my question is confusing but I’m submitting this anyways and maybe lll rephrase it eventually

There are vulturable class II slots in NYS racinos, I can verify that myself.

Try changing your bingo card every few spins. On those weird Bally cabinet Aristocrat/Konami/Aruze games like you were playing in this video, all you do is just tap the card on your screen before you spin. It will change the card and you can almost keep your winning consistent. Also, when playing Class II's, you always want to be there when a lot of people are playing since you're technically playing bingo with everyone else there haha.

A lot of Mickey's games were in Montana, which is Class III.

According to 25 U.S.C. 2703, "The term ‘‘class I gaming’’ means social games solely for prizes of minimal value or traditional forms of Indian gaming engaged in by individuals as a part of, or in connection with, tribal ceremonies or celebrations"

Guess I’m a bit confused.

I believe the slots in Ohio racinos are VLT’s (please correct me if I’m wrong).

Not sure how you can say these are not vulturable. Many GE. OM Hex etc in the racinos that are definitely accumulator type vulturable slots.

There are electronic games of chance that produce tickets. Treasure island's arcade here has (had? It's covid closed & may not reopen) a video wheel of fortune thing & video plinko.

As a side note: In Washington state their Harley Davidson's cap out at low numbers and once capped out the extra doesn't seem to go to a backup meter. There may have been something I missed since I only spent a few minutes on them.

There were an abundance of some money tree slots that seemed to have potential, but again, I spent very little time in the casino.

I can only speak about the UK. There are lower classes slots which you can find, and are typically are for lower stakes. Also some of the lower classes, such as those found in pubs, aren't totally random ("compensated") ( https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/for-gambling-businesses/Compliance/Sector-specific-compliance/Arcades-and-machines/Gaming-machine-categories/Gaming-machine-categories.aspx )

Interesting Bingo (not Keno) has always been defined as a skill and the responsibility is on the player to "call" and stop the game. In most games if the next number is called before you stop the game, then your call is no longer valid (you've missed your call). Thus it seems strange that a fruit machine could have a game of bingo in the background to determine the winner.

I have never heard of a Class I machine. My understanding is that Class I generally refers to live bingo games in native American casinos.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

OMG!

Really?

NY racinos have Golden Egypt. It's vulturable just like anywhere else.

I can tell you now I see on average two dozen vultures, ranging all ages and nationalities keeping tabs all day, every day. At least they are there whenever I am so I can't imagine they have any time off

They will hover near the machines for hours. They work in groups with one vulture waiting if an opportunity looks good (waiting for a ploppie to leave) while the partner does the rounds, looking for left behind opportunity around the casino.

They walk up, cycle through all the denominations and then move on (or play if they detect an opportunity).

Any AP trying to protect this secret is fighting a long opened Pandora's Box
