Hey, that's really cool! I'm in SoCal so maybe I can talk my wife into visiting the Barona. (It's called Ultimate Casino War there?) For my group, "One for the Money" would actually rate novelty/table game status (as opposed to "filler") and therefore receive it's own session play with me dealing/banking (so I'd hype the perfect pairs side bet, heh heh). Unless a game has a single betting spot, what I do (after learning how to play) is use a paint program to make a (crude) mat for the players to use that depicts the most common betting layout along with associated pay tables. That way, if they like it and see it at a casino, they'll at least know how to play and where their chips go. I'd prefer to buy actual game felts but, unless it's a core casino game and presumably in the public domain, they're not easy to find.

Is there a thread here discussing casino game design? Trying to create something original that satisfies the wants and needs of both house and players would be interesting reading.
Have you tried 22 tonight? I said 22.

There's a whole subforum

https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gaming-business/game-inventors/

And quite a few related discussions by game type scattered here and there.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
