Be very careful depositing at Bo Dog Casino. Their latest deposit rip off is to push you to EWallet Express instead of some of the other deposit alternatives available.

Note that when you go to make a deposit the EWallet deposit page comes up first. There is a place that lists other alternatives which you should investigate before using E Wallet. E Wallet is a huge rip off for you as a player because of the outrageous amounts they charge you for using their service. As I recall the amount you get on 150 deposit at E Wallet is 137. They rip you off for the difference. The casinos love EWallet because (according to an EWallet service rep) the casino gets a kick back from E Wallet and in addtion the casino doesn't get charged the 3% that Master Card or Visa Charge them.

In addition if you use other methods be aware and alert----- When I tried to use my Master Card nothing happened. I was kicked back to the ewallet page with no notification that my Master Card company had refused to accept the charge. If they had notified me of being rejected by MC it would have been fraud, therefore no notification. I investigated this with my MC company and was told no attempted charges had ever been made to my account by anyone that day. So the good old Bo Dog folks didn't even send it along to Master Card hoping I would use E Wallet!

Be careful out there!

Hi, I just responded to this complaint from the same person on CasinoMeister, so I will share my response on this forum as well. Thanks, Becky

Despite what ewalletxpress may have told you, Bodog does not collect an extra percentage for referring clients to ewalletxpress. If you can give me the name of the person you spoke with and time/date you called, I will ask Bodog finance to speak with ewalletxpress and look into it further.

As you are aware, many banks do not accept credit card deposits from online gaming sites. In this case, your deposits were not processed because your bank does not accept gaming transactions. I suggest you try another credit card in your possession, or if you call Bodog CS, they can provide you with alternative options.

I don't believe anything you say!
You are paid by BODOG and have no credibility! Every time you post it's the same old story! I know this person at BODOG I know that person at BODOG.That gets so tiresome! I frankly don't care if you rub noses with the software engineers. As and employee of BODOG you have NO CREDIBILITy!!!!!!!

And of course BODOG gets kickbacks! I would never ever compromise someone who told me something so just forget it!!!

I will never ever ever ever give BODOG a dime of my money again!

Your initial post, as well as Becky's reply, both sound reasonable, and believable.

However, your follow-up sounds like the rantings of a sore looser.

Bodog is the Wiz's only advertiser. In other areas of his sites, he speaks very highly of Bodog, which is WHY they are his only advertiser.

I suggest this petty argument be put aside until the Wiz responds.

I'm not suggesting that it is suddenly your job or responsibility to look into this. But a reply of some type might be helpful.

Disagree. ZU has been spamming multiple sites with this, not only about Bodog, but about many other sites. ZU gives no facts, only unsubstantiated allegations and anecdotes.

To say that someone who works for a company can't speak for that company leaves the question open, who can speak? According to ZU, Becky can't speak. Wiz is paid via his advertisements, so he can't speak. Who can speak here and have ZU not rebut with "paid by Bodog?" Oh, I know, ZU can speak!

It's all very silly and meaningless.

I am putting this one to bed and will comment no further. We could go on and on about this and I doubt whether anyone will back down or capitulate so best to let it go. I have done my job by warning people to be careful and that's that.

Since this is the second thread you have posted here on the same topic, doesnt look good. Not that I am carrying any water for any online casino.

There is no backing down or capitulating going on here. There is just a guy who is angry saying stuff.

I have never used eWallet, so don't know much about it. I will say I hate paying financial transaction fees too. Becky dropped a valuable hint when she wrote, "or if you call Bodog CS, they can provide you with alternative options." Such options they can't mention in writing, for legal reasons, but can over the phone. Otherwise, just don't use eWallet. I have never had a problem with my credit/debit cards being denied at Bodog.

I just called bodog cs because I was interested in making a deposit, and asked what other options were available. However, they stated that the only options that they have are those listed on their website (ewalletexpress for US residents, and credit card for other customers). What other options are there for funding?

Hey there, I'm sorry if my original post confused you. When I said that Bodog CS could provide you with alternative options, I meant alternative options to using eWalletXpress. For example, if you would prefer not to use your own credit card, our customer service team can provide you with information on purchasing pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift cards that can be used to deposit into your account. The direct line for our deposit assistance team is 1-866-950-3500 if you'd like some help finding a deposit method more suited to you than eWalletXpress.
