Axel and WatchMeWin,

Let’s get a prop bet up.

I can be in Vegas in February or March also.

Just state the terms of the bet. Min $10,000, with an escrow. We can see if an admin or trusted person will be a ref. No show is a forfeit. The terms just have to be consistent with WatchMeWin’s claims.

No point in arguing. Money talks, bullsh*t walks, as they say.

What are his claims anyway? Other than some mumbo-jumbo about always winning and such....are any of his claims specific enough for a bet to be made about them? Of course, stipulations would have to be made. Or else he could say something like "I'll win 5 sessions in a row" then just martingale from $5 min to $5,000 max, walk away as soon as he gets a profit, and have some huge probability of winning such a bet, even though it doesn't prove he's an actual winner.

In my experience, these bets never go through because the guy claiming to win using some system makes the terms an advantage in it of themselves (ie: martingale example), or he just won't show. Plus, I don't imagine many APs want to go meet some random dude that no one knows. Who's to say he doesn't work for a casino and will out the AP he meets with?

If these system players actually had a legitimate way to win, they'd be out crushing the casinos as long as they could and making an absolute s***load of money. Hell, if someone had such a system, I'd pay some good money for that information (6+ figures).

If you do the cookin' by the book. Then you'll have a... Break it down! Lemme see you bake it up! Drop that down low and pick that up. Break it down! Lemme see you bake it up! Drop that down low and pick that up Now back that Hey! Now back that. Hey! Now bake that. Hey! Now bake that. Hey! It's a piece of cake to bake a pretty cake (WHAT!) If the way is hazy (OKAY!) You gotta do the cookin' by the book, (WHAT!) You know you can't be lazy (YEAH!) Never use a messy recipe, (WHAT!) The cake will end up crazy (OKAY!) If you do the cookin' by the book, (YEEAAHHHH!) He's a great and successful 'winner'

Yep. that's the one.

Indeed I did win 34 consecutive sessions in the last two months. Meant sweet FA.

My money is with you on that one.

Ahhh, but that is his secret sauce. Be Wise: Win: Don't be greedy.

does anybody remember the incredible promotions from Stupak at Vegas World?

If I remember correctly and I'm pretty sure I do he offered:

$$$$$$.........ONE MILLION DOLLARS TO ANYBODY WHO COULD BEAT CERTAIN HOUSE GAMES WITH A SYSTEM

there were all kinds of stipulations - I can't remember exactly what they were

When I signed up earlier in the month I recall a statement in the Welcome part of the email from the forum host that said something to the effect that "gambling systems are useless and never work".

I take a very small exception to that.

These people who develop their methods; how many dissers actually read through, talk through, and thoroughly understand or try said systems?

While I agree conventional wisdom and math say bs right off the bat, there could actually be one or two gamblers out there who have come up with, not a crazy system for the masses, but something that somehow, someway works for them and them only because of their quirky personality or the unusual way their brain works or whatever. It's not totally out of the question.

That's why these forum bets are zero in value for all but the claimant IF they ever happen. Who knows if the guy quits the moment he gets ahead by betting a progression or not? He wins/you lose. And he may well do that time and again, which would lead to his claim of "I always win". How many of us could truly play like that? Is it even worth our time? Maybe it is to him, which does make him somewhat special, although his "gambling discovery" is not for the masses.

So why waste your time with this?

Bets like these have come to fruition here at WoV. But of course there have to be specific terms after the system seller makes specific claims. As of now WMW has only made vague claims, so no bet can even be proposed. If he makes a specific claim...... "I come with $5000 and can double it 9 out of 10 times" I can devise a bet. If he says "I am so good I win all the time" no reasonable bet can be devised.

I cant make a bet until I know what he's claiming.

I'm not greedy, I'm willing to split some action with you or anyone interested, assuming we can come up with something feasible.

"The terms just have to be consistent with WatchMeWin’s claims"

It seems to me he is claiming he never has a losing session.

I don't remember that particular promotion, but I was fascinated with his ads. They were in Parade Magazine and TV Guide for years iN the 70s aand 80s. It was like, 3 nights in the hotel, 300 in slot tokens, buffet tickets, $99 for a family of 4.

Of course it’s possible to set up a prop bet. I’ve done it before on these types of claims.

His claim is that he can win.

The terms can be simple or complex. The terms shouldn’t be too complex or drawn out. The simpler the better. Heck, I’d do a one spin even money bet with anyone who thinks they can win at the McCarren slots.

With strangers, there usually has to be a trusted person who acts as an escrow. And there has to be a forfeit rule and a timed deadline.

Vast majority of the time, the person making the claim will not bet. Most of these guys know they’re full of sh*t.

I’ve done it before on craps, where I shadowed a person, and since I play craps anyways, the only extra work I did was to watch the person and make sure they didn’t pad their buy in. I’ve also done it before on slots, where someone made claims similar to WMW on slots.

With these prop bets, you really aren’t looking to prove anything. You’re just taking a bet with an edge.

All he wanted was people with money to come to his casino. He had Crapless Craps and Blackjack with ALL cards dealt face up.

The unions and bankers stole his casino I think. Can't remember the details.
