As i have indicated we have a craps team made up of 4 guys that have taken the
GTC classes, and at times we have two additional guys that play with us.

Last night was one of those times when all six got together...

We met at a tribal casino which has the small table and they allow just 6
players. we played for 3 hours.... it was great, no drunks, no smoke all
over the table, no goofy betting, no arguments. no buyin in the middle of
a roll.

The three guys on the right side all had decent rolls, two were very nice,
the three of us on the left were pretty bad. The two guys that are not dice
sitters still have a nice shot in that they atleast keep it in the same spot
on each roll and not all over the table.

We made a nice profit and headed for the steak house. One of the random
guys said after dinner this is great we need to get a craps team...... the
other four of us laughed and said ,,,hey thats a good idea.

A full table is 6 players?? Sounds more like a coffee table than a craps table.

Those must be really small. I deal to 10 or so single handed at he parties though admitidly the way we work would be a disaster for table security at the real thing.

Precisely. Probably a bit slow for a real casino too but definitely not able to watch your end of the table when you should be. Of course, on these charity night things the crowds are of a different type and its not so fatal to be a bit slow or a bit distracted. If you were doing it "for real" ie, in a casino, there would be shot takers galore at your table!

The more I consider the posts of 7craps, the more I wonder if solo professional gambling is possible for the average joe/non wizards. Lately, during table-game advantage plays, I've been frustrated by wild swings and not enough hands per hour. Playing solo makes attempting slot and video poker progressives lots of work and not a lot of profit. All I'm left with is grinding barely +EV video poker at $200 profit per week.

...and on the next episode of white people problems...
100% risk of ruin

I hear you. That's why I decided to quit VP. Heck, I'd be better off getting a part-time job at Jamba Juice than playing VP for peanuts.

If you guys do really well at your craps team play, you could pool all your winnings together and open a store where you sell everything below cost -- but make up for it on volume.

The good part there is they usually don't know what to pass-post for a winner being new players.

If you live in Vegas grinding VP is worth a minimum of $280 a week, assuming a 40 hour work week and the bankroll to play quarters.

It is an example of what NOT to post. But he can't help himself, he sits on dice.

well... this weekend i had to take some time of from sitting on the dice, and actually.

All 4 members got togetdher Saturday and Sunday morning for some play.... was great time again
Saturday was outstanding..... a 38, 42 many in the twenties with one member have 3 rolls in a
row over 20.

It was just amazing how lucky we were....again.. imagine if dice control actually worked, it would be
fun. JUst a side note not a single random thrower that came to the table satruday or Sunday had
any rolls over 10-12.

Sunday was a different story.....we had a number of rolls with 2-3 pass winners, but no long rolls, most in the
7-13 area.

But better to be ahead than behind.

I guess i can please Demango and go back to my sitting....

No, you can't. You can learn to spill. Examine closely the following:
"well... this weekend i had to take some time of from sitting on the dice, and actually."
Copied, of course, so any edit's wouldn't cover up your spilling. How many F's in off?
"and actually", umm what???
"All 4 members got togetdher " Another spilling disaster.

Carry on.

My relevant point is we have enough dice setting threads going, management has promised an end to them but some people can't shut up. There is another new thread this uncircumcised philistine just started today. It never ends even with managements threats.

It's a Biblical insult, my favorite. You can find it in 1st Book of Samuel. This thread still isn't locked?

It was a pretty good insult, and no, I was too busy chuckling about said insult and my reply to remember to lock it.

LOCKED.
