I walk around my casino watching everyone play. Circling like a shark, I see people trying to beat the casino. Anyone who attempts to play usually catches a bad streak and get up and rleave usually because they lose. After they leave I purposely take their place and proceed to normally win. Is this morally wrong to allow someone to take the "brunt" of the losses which normally set me up to win? This doesnt always work out like i say but this has been my strategy and something i have noticed since day one which works.

I don't think what you are doing is wrong. I ended up doing something kind of similar myself the other day. I ended up vulturing a machine . This certain game gives you wilds at the end of 10 games judging by how many jewels you have. So, I saw that the game was on game 3 and abandoned and I knew I only had to play 7 more games before I had the chance to win a lot of jewels/wilds. I said "I'm going to take advantage of this abandoned game!" And I played the 7 games and unfortunately, the wilds ended up matching lesser paying symbols and I actually lost $1. But if I had matched the top paying symbol, I could have had a $50 profit.

Memory implies that the object has a capability to remember. The immutable laws of physics don't mean that all objects have memory because they behave the same when interacted with.

I never considered this to be the gamblers fallacy but thank you to everyone who pointed that out

My logic goes like this :

What are the chances an entire shoe loses every hand? I see these people who seem to hit bad streaks of which are so mind blowing to them that they walk away because they think going to another table will help them. Admittedly I do this too, but if you see the “streaks of bad luck” that happen you would as well. More of the fallacy at work.
Beyond that, I find that, and have been successful so far (more fallacy), that waiting and going up to the tables after someone has exhausted what seems to be a bad streak of luck that if following a hit and run strategy the next couple of hands are usually successful.

More fallacy I guess

Many people claim to understand the Sacred Flow of the Cards but few can exploit it long term. Others may scoff, but they simply don't understand.
Sad to say it but even mentioning TSFOTCs to most skeptics gets you labeled a misguided crackpot to those who worship " the maths".
Few humans accurately can see the patterns in the Flow. Ignore the naysayers.
Just be aware that the Cards made by Chinese political prisoners don't Flow as well as when they are made by the Free People's.
