I don't understand how they are still allowing the East Coast's most feared AP team leader to traipse about the property. Maybe they aren't quite shaking in their boots yet.😱😀

This is why I quit AP and went back to school. Being chased around and backed off ceased being fun at some point.

Facially naked (slightly unshaven thru laziness)

I find casino security to be severely lacking to my utmost pleasure. They usually are too lazy to contact each other

Even when one location was so angry they papered me in 3 states I found those places contacted got bored and moved on after a few months.

I have very little respect for security and surveillance and am quite certain facial recognition is a figment of someones imagination

That said MGM invited me so Im not person non grata with them yet :)

How often do casinos actually kick counters off the property? I always thought they at least let you play the other games, but warn you against playing BJ.

Not very often unless they hate you or you're a repeat offender. It's irrelevant anyway because its unconstitutional and all a bluff
Any private business open to the PUBLIC (ie. droned out casinos) cannot have a criminal trespass enforced against an individual without GOOD CAUSE (Disruptive or Disorderly conduct). You will never go to prison for being thrown out of a casino for legal advantage play and then returning because it's simply unconstitutional 'as applied' to the individual. 'As applied' constitutional issues must FIRST be raised in DISTRICT COURT (trial court) to have it thrown out. You CANNOT raise it on APPEAL This is the best kept secret in the world of casinos not just in Vegas but everywhere in the country. Thank me later.

My record is about 5 backoffs to every trespass. I had over a dozen backoffs before the first one, so it’s trended upward as stakes increased. CET properties are generally a trespass by default policy with some exceptions. The Midwest and South in general have a disproportionate amount of properties that can be very nasty/out of line with anyone suspected of using their brain, which is pretty ironic considering how pleasant most every day folk in those regions are.
